We have recently been to the bar in P.F. Chang's on two separate occasions and had fabulous dinner and drink experiences both times. (1) Our bartender Blayne was wonderful! Upbeat with lots of personality… he made our bar experience super fun!! I asked about preparing the chicken without breading and he gave me a good tip on how to order. Both my husband’s and my dishes were super tasty and satisfying. (2) On another visit, we had a great night sitting at the bar and being served by Bleu! The food was delicious and I ordered the same dish as the prior time (chicken and broccoli) because I couldn’t stop thinking about the flavors. Bleu provided great customer service (he was quite knowledgeable about the menu, food and drinks served) and he truly made our night such a pleasurable experience. He is such a lovely human being and he gave us very helpful recommendations. We look forward to going back and seeing him again. Thanks for the great food and awesome conversation! FYI: I noticed a derogatory review for him (calling him a Pirate) and it is deplorable that people treat others that way. Please know that it was a bigoted statement and the reviewer's lack of tolerance is on full display. The fact that this person made comments about the bartender's appearance makes me wary and doubtful of literally everything else they said they experienced while dining at the restaurant.
This is a Chinese restaurant attached to Summit Mall. We offered the lunch special which included an appetizer, entree, and choice of rice. The size of the portion was smaller than a regular portion but definitely large enough to fill up most people. One person in our party purchased the regular entree. He ended up taking almost half home for later. Our server was attentive and kept checking back on us.
The experience at this restaurant was immaculate. Never before have I seen such dedication and care from a staff. Andrew was a delight and I loved his hair. The manager Tammy is obviously going above and beyond teaching her team. Everything was on point and prompt. Also my friend got to play with the bubble gun. So overall it was an amazing time with lots of good memories.
Four of us were there yesterday…Dec. 21. Chris was our waiter. He was a great waiter. He answered all our questions and he had a great personality. He was very efficient and all I can do is give him five stars and lots of A+’s. The food was fantastic. We were all very happy with the food. The only problem is we live on the west side of Cleveland and there are no P.F. Chang’s on that side of town. We sincerely hope they will build one there very soon!!!!! Thank you Chris😃😃😃
Alex was absolutely amazing! He was very personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on, and his attention to detail really elevated our dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to Alex, we’ll definitely be back!
Pam and Chelsey make every visit exceptional with their service. The food is consistently great, made just the way I like it—extra spicy—and the rewards program is a fantastic perk for regulars like me. Don't miss the espresso martinis!
Dined in for lunch today with Chelsey at the bar and her service was amazing. She made me a delicious Asian pear mojito and midnight gallop cocktail! Our food was out quick and she made sure we had everything we need. 10/10 recommend Chelsey!!!!
This was a great experience!! Previously This location had the absolute worst service of any location in the country that we've visited until Shelby came on staff. Once we realized it was under new management we were hopeful. This time The service was excellent the food excellent!! She's got things in ship shape order!! We were hesitant to ever go back. Now we are confident to have a fabulous experience 😀 Chelsey is the best server and bartender. Make sure to come on Sunday when she's there.
First time dinner experience at this location for my girlfriend and myself. Food was delicious, and Alex our server was amazing. Outstanding service and menu suggestions! Very knowledgeable of dishes and flavors, and was extremely accommodating helping us to decide . We will be requesting him again at our next visit.
It was our first time at a PF Changs, and it was all very fresh and so yummy! We arrived before the dinner rush and were seated immediately. Our server, Pam, was very friendly and took very good care of us. She answered all of our questions and everything she recommended was delicious! We had the pork eggrolls as an appetizer, along with the Kung Pao chicken, beef and broccoli, and the sesame chicken. So fresh and filling! We will definitely be back!
